HOW TO CHECK IN?

Our check-in time is flexible and adapts to reservations. Please inform us in advance to organize.

We will share the location of the van parking so you can get there easily.

The usual location of the camper van is in Sant Carles de Peralta. (Except if you have contracted airport service)

At check-in we sign the van rental contract (if you have not signed it before arriving).

We take video/photos of the state in which the van is delivered.

Deliver the deposit of 500 euros  in cash or bank transfer to the owner.

We give you the keys to your camper van.

HOW TO CHECK OUT?

Let us know in advance the time you want to check out and if you want to hire the airport service.

Make sure it is in the same condition as when we delivered it:
Collect dirty sheets and towels in a garbage bag, we will take care of washing them.

Don't forget to REFILL the fuel tank (DIESEL)

Please let us know if there are any imperfections.

At check out time, we will check that everything is in order and we will return the equivalent deposit as soon as possible. (If you have hired extra services and if there are damages, they will be deducted from the deposit)

Return of keys.
