VEHICLE INSURANCE

Vehicle insurance is already included in the reservation and there is no additional price to pay. This insurance only covers accidents involving third parties on the road. Any other accident such as scratches on the van, broken glass, broken mirrors, broken elements of the camper, etc. It will be the responsibility of the client. The equivalent price will be deducted from the deposit.

Clients must immediately inform owners of any accident and complete an accident report with complete information on the other party involved and potential witnesses. Just like accidents in normal vehicles, it is important to have the license plate of the vehicle involved, its documentation and take photos of the accident.

MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE

Our camper vehicles are old and classic so it is normal that there may be some specific mechanical problem. If you have any technical or mechanical problem, we are open 24 hours a day to assist you. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone if you have any questions during your rental. We are always willing to help!

BOOKING CANCELLATION

If the vehicle breaks down and the vehicle cannot be delivered to the customer, the client will receive the full amount of the rental price. This circumstances might unfortunately happen due to urgent mechanical or technical matters. In these cases we will inform you priorly and if you agree, we will reallocate you to another van. In the other way, we will return you 100% of the reservation price.

In case the client needs to cancel, they can do it through our platform.
